About First Impressions

First Impressions is a Canadian family owned and operated company. Since 1983, our focus has been to provide quality products and the highest level of customer service possible. Our company began as a wholesale embroidery facility, shortly after start up in 1984 we were proudly embroidering the many garments bound for the 1988 Calgary Olympics – thousands of panels, sweaters, toques and jackets were headed to First Impressions from SunIce, White Ram, Stanfield’s and Sprung.

Our customer service team and production staff are by far the best in their field, we are extremely fortunate to work with the most hardworking, talented and dynamic group. All of our production staff have been with us for a minimum of 10 years and are incredible machine operators who take great pride in every order. Our Sales/Customer service team have a wealth of knowledge, are creative and dedicated to making sure every order exceeds your expectations.
